This illustration is a visual metaphor for the force present in George Orwell's Book 1984. Anyone familiar with the book will recall ThoughCrimes as being a result of government surveillance of people's thoughts. Not too far away perhaps. This illustrated character design is the patrolling enforcer of these principles.
